Authors Guidelines
To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, ComSoc prohibits changes to the list of authors once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline.PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE ISTT2020 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ISTT2020 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

The following information is provided to help you with the preparation and submission of the final camera-ready paper before it can be published in ISTT2020 symposium proceedings.
In order for your paper to be successfully included in ISTT2020 symposium proceedings, it is required that you strictly follow the following instructions:
Step 1. Your final paper has to follow the Full Paper Template. The length of the final paper should be no more than 6 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references.
Step 2. Your final paper must be converted to PDF format using http://www.pdf-express.org/ using 50966XP as the conference ID.
Step 3. Upon conversion, please upload the PDF file to http://edas.info/N27472
Step 4. You are also required to sign and complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF). To do so, choose ‘My Papers’ tab in EDAS system and click the ‘Copyright’ column of your paper. Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your paper to be excluded from the symposium proceeding.

First-time users:
Click “New Users – Click Here”. Enter 50966XP for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted. Check that the contact information is still valid, and click “Submit”. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.
Previous users, but using it for the first time for a new conference:
Enter 50966XP for the Conference ID, your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account. When you click “Login”, you’ll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click “Continue”. By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference. Check that the contact information is still valid, and click “Submit”. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.
Returning users:
Enter 50966XP for the Conference ID, email address and password. For each conference paper, click “Create New Title”. Enter identifying text for paper (title is recommended but not required). Click “Submit PDF for Checking” or “Submit Source Files for Conversion”. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click “Upload File”. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload. You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for Checking, the email will show if your file passed or failed.
If the PDF submitted fails the PDF check:
a. Submit your source file for conversion by clicking Try Again, the Submit Source Files for Conversion, or b. Read the PDF Check report, then click “The PDF Check Report” in the sidebar to get information on possible solutions, or c. “Request Technical Help” through your account.
If you are not satisfied with the IEEE PDF eXpress-Plus-converted PDF:
a. Resubmit your source file with corrections (Try Again, then Submit Source Files for Conversion), or b. Submit a PDF by clicking Try Again, then Submit PDF for Checking, or c. “Request a Manual Conversion” through your account.
If the PDF submitted passed the PDF Check, or you are satisfied with your IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF:
Submit your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF to this ISTT2020 conference website as you normally would through EDAS at https://edas.info/N27472. Unless you have problems with PDF conversions, ideally, you have used this service as a final check on your paper’s compatibility with IEEE Xplore for publication.
